Students' voice counts!

Here below the work for the Output 2 of the CSB project by Branislava Dimovska and Linford Kwabla Dotse, two students of the University of Split, Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, about the current topic of the Fairtrade.

Introduction

In recent times, there has been increased attention on the need for business models to be more and more sustainable. Advocates strive to push organizations to be more open to “win-win” alternatives in their service or product delivery rather than gaining an unfair advantage throughout their circle of service delivery. It should however be known that organizations can remain competitive while contributing adequately to sustainability. In this paper, we analyze how business models can be sustainable while ensuring a win-win atmosphere for all key stakeholders from the perspective and or adaptation of Fair Trade. As an example, we will describe the case study of Ben and Jerry's company and their sustainable business.
